00:30The report says targeting hospitals could be considered war crimes under international
00:35law.
00:36It also warns that a widespread pattern of human rights abuses against civilians could
00:40amount to crimes against humanity.
00:42Israel has consistently denied such claims.
00:45UN High Commissioner Volker Tork criticizes the attacks on health care facilities as a
00:50blatant disregard for humanitarian law, calling hospitals death traps for Palestinians.
