00:21agricultural reform beneficiaries, or ARBs, have received their land titles from the Department of Agrarian Reform, or DAR.
00:30More than 2,000 ARBs from the province of Zamboanga del Sur are grateful for the land titles,
00:37certificates of condemnation, mark gauge releases, machinery, and equipment for farming.
00:43This is the first time that we have received land titles.
00:47We are grateful to the government, to the President, and to the people of Utah.
