Lakers coach JJ Redick said the team's passing game was key to their win over Sacramento

00:04and just our guys' willingness to pass.

00:07It was a big emphasis in our meeting today.

00:09It's been a big emphasis for the last, I don't know,

00:137 to 10 days.

00:16It can be a simple game with some complex ideas,

00:20but we want to run, we want to pass, and we want to screen.

00:24I think our offense just had a nice flow to it.

00:27The big thing for us, I talked about it

00:29at halftime, those guys, they want to play pickup.

00:33They want to get the ball out, run, go one-on-one,

00:36get in the paint, get downhill.

00:38And they're really good.

00:39They're really good in that environment.

00:41And we did a better job in the second half.

00:43It wasn't perfect, but we did a better job of setting

00:45our defense, did a better job of getting back.

00:49We wanted it to be an execution game,

00:50and we executed on the offensive end.
