00:0024-7 is the operation that united the Mobile Water Treatment System of the LGU of Canlaon City.

00:08This is what provided the supply of drinking water to 8 evacuation centers in the city.

00:13The DSWD will continue to provide food packs, hygiene and family kits to all internally displaced persons.

00:21In June, when the State of Calamity declared Canlaon City as the first volcano to erupt,

00:28the LGU's funds were also affected.

00:31That's why the financial assistance they received from President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. was of great help.

00:37That's why the DSWD called for help from those who can share for the IDPs.

00:45We know that at the end of the year, the LGU's funds will be depleted.

00:51That's why the Mayor is calling for help.

00:55We also support the kind-hearted.

01:00If you have enough resources to be shared, let's help the people of Canlaon

01:05so that they can live better in the evacuation centers.

01:09According to the LGU, almost 6,000 IDPs are now staying in the evacuation centers,

01:16while 2,000 are staying with their families.

01:21Meanwhile, the Bagos City Disaster Team inspected their warehouse

01:25where they placed their equipment such as food, drinking water, portable beds,

01:32portalettes and hygiene kits from the DSWD.

01:36They are also cleaning the tents that will be used if the volcano ever erupts.

01:41According to the Bagos City Disaster Office, they are preparing the worst-case scenario.

01:47The city plans to have a tent city here.

01:51There is also an additional evacuation center to open.

01:56If possible, it should not be an emergency since the ash fragments in their barangay are not yet clear.

02:06The status of Mt. Canlaon is still on alert level 3

02:10It was reported that there were 16 volcanic earthquakes and 3 times of ash in the past 24 hours.
