00:00We are going to make the most amazing angel food harvest cake for Kwanzaa.

00:09Take your angel food cake and you're going to cut this in half.

00:13Be delicate with it of course, this is so airy.

00:17And there you go.

00:22Now for the icing.

00:24The icing is a store bought from a can.

00:27But you are going to flavor this icing with cinnamon, with cocoa, with vanilla.

00:35Two tablespoons of cocoa.

00:37Everybody has this because of course you're making hot chocolate this holiday season.

00:41And a teaspoon of cinnamon.

00:48And vanilla.

00:50Just about a teaspoon or two.

00:53Great.

00:55Combine all this together and you are going to get an incredible chocolate cinnamon icing.

01:01Alright, we're ready to frost.

01:06Just put a nice amount on both sides of your cake.

01:14And then spread it around, be very generous with the icing.

01:17You can always make more.

01:19And this is everybody's favorite part.

01:22Top back on, just like this.

01:25And here's a great trick.

01:27I use pie filling in the center of this.

01:30That way when you cut into it, you get the flavor of the angel food cake, the incredible icing and apple cinnamon.

01:38Just fill the center of this angel food cake up.

01:43Some more icing.

01:45Be a little bit more careful now on where you place that.

01:49Because you want it even.

01:53But it's always nice to use a generous amount.

01:56And top it off with pie filling.

01:59And decorating is so much fun.

02:02Use acorns.

02:04You're going to use some pumpkin seeds.

02:07And also some candles.

02:09Here's a trick.

02:10This cake is very spongy, it is angel food cake.

02:13Take your knife and just give it a whirl.

02:15So you make a little hole in there.

02:17Pop these candles right in.

02:22And there you go.

02:23Now, embellish this with just some acorns.

02:27Just all the way around.

02:29And some pumpkin seeds on the top.

02:34And I need to taste this wonderful cake.

02:48Delicious.

02:52The apple, the cinnamon, the angel food cake, the icing.
