00:00There is no known attack from the Communist Terrorist Group

00:03regarding the 56th anniversary of the CPP-NPA.

00:08This is based on the monitoring of the Armed Forces of the Philippines or AFP

00:13and the Philippine National Police today.

00:16The military, although on heightened alert,

00:18is not because of the anniversary of the CPP-NPA,

00:21but because of the ongoing humanitarian assistance and disaster response

00:27in Vulcan Canloon and the security of the holiday season.

00:31AFP said that only one weekend guerrilla front is left

00:39and because of this, the CPP-NPA cannot launch a large-scale operation.

00:48But nonetheless, because it's new tide season

00:51and we want to celebrate this with the Filipinos,

00:55we are working closely with the law enforcement agencies

00:58so that we can maintain peace and order.
