00:23the Damascus-based government because they are now restructuring their defence forces

00:28as you may know, and just push PKK away from the Turkish borders. And also, Turkey is well

00:36aware of the fragility, especially in Raqqa, Haseken, Deir Ezzor. Why? Because publics

00:41in these cities started uprisings across the streets protesting PKK. If this attempt fails,

00:48I think Turkey will push hard and maybe start military operations. But Foreign Minister

00:54Fidan has proposed a three-phase plan, especially to Syrian Democratic Forces, which is actually

00:59PKK right now, which was to expel the PKK members from the body at the east of Euphrates
