00:00A 15-year-old woman was found dead after she complained that 13 chickens attacked her while partying in Oslob, Cebu.

00:12Four suspects were arrested while looking for others.

00:16Femarie Dumabok of GMA Regional TV reported.

00:20Four of the 13 suspects involved in the gang rape of a 15-year-old woman in Oslob, Cebu, were from Dalaget, Cebu.

00:34Two of them are siblings while the other two are their friends.

00:39The ages of those arrested in Barangay Kasay are only 18 to 20 years old.

00:45The police also investigated the location of the barangay population in Oslob, where the gang rape took place.

00:51The 13 suspects did not attend the sacred occasion of Pista ng Oslob on December 9,

00:57and they were not allowed to drink alcohol for the minor age group of the victim.

01:02In Pista, the suspects also met the victim.

01:34After being able to speak to the mother, they filed a report to the police on December 12.

01:40But the next day, the victim died.

01:44According to the police, four of the suspects were identified as positive witnesses.

01:50The investigation was conducted based on the testimonies of the witnesses who were previously interviewed

01:57and as well as a review on the CCTV recordings in the area.

02:02The police are now preparing the statutory rape case that will be filed against the arrested suspects while they are investigating the identification of other suspects.

02:12We have yet to check sir if there are criminal records but we will work on that sir, checking if they are involved in other criminal incidents or records.
