00:00To not to be born is a remedy from the perils of life and more importantly from the scare of death.

00:09Do not allow your mind to take very seriously all that which comes as a result of your physical appearance.

00:21What does your physical birth give you?

00:23It gives you a gender, a body, a date of birth, a set of parents, often a predetermined religion.

00:33Don't take these seriously.

00:34The more seriously you celebrate your birthday, the more seriously you are announcing to yourself that you are the born one.

00:41Avoid celebrating birthdays.

00:43And even if you want to celebrate birthdays, you must know who was born that day.

00:50You were not born.

00:51Somebody was born.

00:52Happy birthday to him.

00:54The cake goes to the one who was born, not me.
