00:00In this industry you can have a plan and you can have an idea and when Arsenal knocks on any door it's difficult to say no.

00:22I wouldn't be sitting here if I honestly don't feel that I'm prepared to take this responsibility

00:28and that I will burn every drop of blood for this football club to make it better.

00:38I knew the challenges I was facing the day I made the decision to come here

00:43and the expectation that we're always going to have because the history and the legacy of this football club is incredible.

00:50But here is the first one. Let's enjoy it today.

00:58It was one of my dreams. Probably the biggest dream that I had is to connect again with the soul of this football club.

01:04And that's our people and we have done that and there is no discussion about it.

01:14We certainly send a message to the team that keep believing in what they are doing.

01:17They are a fantastic group of players. The way they try, the understanding and the chemistry that they have between them.

01:23You sense it and you need it to be that. So today again I'm really proud.

01:32We do what we have to do. We're going to be closer and at the end we will win it.

01:36When? I don't know. But if we keep knocking and being that close, at the end it will happen.

01:47I don't think anybody has to panic. I'm in the place that I want to be and I'm really happy.

01:51Hopefully the club thinks the same thing and the players are, in my opinion, the most important ones.
