00:29happier afterwards. I feel fulfilled and if I'm not able to do it, I try to learn from

00:34it and apply things that are going to help me or get me closer to doing that.

00:47He's an outstanding manager. Incredible work ethic. Puts the club in front of any other

00:55decisions he has to make. But again, I'm not here to defend him because he can defend

01:02himself perfectly.

01:04He's been always a competitive animal. Here you can see how he has developed a great project

01:12but at a young age you could see that he wanted to win and he was preparing for that. It's

01:19a fruit of many decisions that he has taken that he has reached here in Arsenal.

01:34It was one of my dreams. Probably the biggest dream that I had is to connect again with

01:39the soul of this football club and we have done that and there is no discussion about

01:43it. That makes me really proud and grateful to be part of that journey together and we

01:49want to deliver success and the destination has to be trophy success and enjoyment for

01:54this club.
