00:05surprise to anyone because she has been absolutely incredible and she beat Liam

00:09Gallagher who was in second by a hundred and ninety six percent which is a

00:12massive difference so I feel like someone like Taylor who's put on not

00:17just a show but she's made a community she's made people were thinking about

00:21their outfits before people were thinking about their friendship

00:24bracelets before it was like a massive thing and people didn't want to miss out

00:27on that. You mentioned about Taylor being no surprise to you when it comes to the

00:31top 10 selling artists but were there any surprises? Well in Leeds actually

00:35they're probably the biggest one that surprised me so National Treasure Jane

00:39McDonald she actually beat Taylor Swift in Leeds which I think is incredible

00:42that Leeds are supporting one of their home talents and yeah a bit of a

00:46surprise that Jane got in there but congrats to her. Another one I mean

00:50probably not a surprise to Newcastle fans but Sam Fender he also beat Taylor

00:55Swift which is incredible for him he's gonna have a big year next year as well

00:58with a new album coming out in February and he's got a big stadium tour next

01:02year as well. How do you feel like streaming platforms and of course social

01:06media have had a big influence on these concert attendance trends? TikTok's

01:10played in a massive role in this because so many fans have been watching clips of

01:15their favorite artists performing at gigs or even just their music they've

01:19been making dance fun dances up and that's kind of got a new generation into

01:23great like sort of songs and things. I mean Sabrina Carpenter we found she's

01:26had a 16,000% increase in searches after she released Please Please Please

01:32Espresso and Taste which is incredible she had three number one singles in the

01:36UK and she's up for a Grammy next year so it's really exciting for her and yeah

01:40she goes viral all the time. We've also got like Charli XCX with her

01:44Brat Summer she went viral a lot of times. Rey I mean oh I absolutely love Rey

01:49she spiked 845% in the fans this year. Yeah there's definitely a lot of trends
