00:07A study on the online security of 13 to 17-year-olds found

00:12that almost half of the young people spend three hours a day browsing social media platforms.

00:17And the three major online threats they face are fraud, hacking and online bullying.

00:23Despite this, Minister of Communications Zhang Nianquan mentioned at the event today
