02:36Three Boy Scouts were on the windmill after it caught fire at a campsite in Zamboanga City.

02:41That's why the gathering of more than 2,000 Boy Scouts was cancelled.

02:51The Boy Scouts set up their tent early in the morning in Abang-Abang Freedom Park.

02:55Today is the first day of Zamboanga City Council Jamboret.

02:58But the gathering led to the tragedy that 15 Boy Scouts were at the campsite.

03:05Three of them were killed, the victims were senior high school students.
