No charges for blatant obstruction of a police officer for the Romanian claiming not to speak English? Despicable that he doesn't man up to it. He should have his lorry license permanently revoked, and sent back to Romania (or, better still, make part of this parole condition that he must take a certified course in English, and pass with at least 80% within a year!).
I'm glad the unlicensed, reckless, belligerent, driver, got 30 weeks, but < £300 fine??? Ridiculous! (I'm surprised they didn't investigate the prat's home; he, clearly, wanted to get them away from it)
