00:17The Department of Budget and Management is now filing a case for the directive of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.
00:22to increase the service recognition incentive of public school teachers to 20,000 pesos.
00:28According to Budget Secretary Amina Pangandaman,
00:31she has already ordered the remaining branches of the DBM to study
00:35on how to implement this directive of the President.
00:38In addition to Pangandaman,
00:40the teachers know of their hard work and sacrifice,
00:43especially when it comes to guiding the children.
00:46DepEd is also grateful for this directive of the President,
00:50who only shows his appreciation
00:52that education in the country will surely improve,
00:55as well as the well-being of the teachers.
00:57According to DepEd, this is also a good gift,
