00:19All I know is we've come from Parkgate today on a tram to Sheffield and it was smooth,

00:23it was great, it didn't cost us anything because we're pensioners

00:26and it was lovely, we're going back now on one.

00:34Well I think they have because, well the help, I mean the Sheffield people are amazing,

00:39I mean just normal Sheffield people and also the staff reflect that,

00:43they're just fantastic, I mean the help and care I get from everybody,

00:47from Sheffield, fantastic, you know it really is fantastic.

00:51If you're visually impaired come and live in Sheffield and you'll be okay.

00:59I would say they're probably about the same because I do catch the tram quite a lot,

01:06usually six, seven days a week usually, all the time.

01:13Yeah, yeah, yeah.

01:18Yes, it has, yeah.

01:20What differences have you seen?

01:21It's just better, I mean I drive but I go to park and ride and I catch the tram so it's a lot easier but yeah, it's better a lot of the time.
