A South Korean colonel is saying the military were also "victims" after they were directed to block lawmakers from entering parliament when President Yoon Suk Yeol declared martial law on December 3.

00:42and voted unanimously to rescind the declaration.

00:45Former defense minister Kim Yong-kyong has since been arrested

00:48for reportedly recommending President Moon Seok-yong declare martial law.
