Pinoys in South Korea told not to join rally

Filipinos in South Korea were told to refrain from participating in any protest happening now in the foreign country. The Philippine Embassy in the Republic of Korea issued a reminder to Filipinos there that foreigners are prohibited to engage in such public demonstrations under South Korea's law.
