Findings from the Royal Commission of Inquiry on Batu Puteh, Middle Rocks and South Ledge are a failing amounting to treachery to the country, says Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, adding that Putrajaya should have fought for every inch of land.
