00:00You know of biodiversity laws, you know of how close mankind is to a nuclear war that

00:07can be precipitated anytime, so anything can happen anytime.

00:10It's obviously a very very bad situation and anybody can see that.

00:14We have to realize that the root of all these external problems is man's mind.

00:21So first of all we have to get rid of the notion that by having the right kind of legislation

00:26or structures or systems or international treaties or agreements or social processes,

00:33we can just sail out of these troubled waters.

00:37That is not going to happen.

00:39You have to address the problem where it really is and the problem really is here in man's

00:45mind.

00:46Man needs spiritual education.

00:49Man's animal ego needs to be educated.

00:53It needs to be rather edified.

00:55Otherwise there is no hope at all.
