00:59On November 14, SEBI issued a notice to Reliance Big Entertainment

01:04in which the company was accused of illegally diverting Reliance Home Finance Ltd.'s money.

01:12In the notice, the company was ordered to deposit Rs. 26 crores within 15 days.

01:19However, the company did not follow this order.

01:22After this, SEBI took strict action to recover the remaining amount while issuing the KURK order.

01:29SEBI asked Related Organizations to ensure that there is no withdrawal from the KURK account

01:35and no kind of transaction is made in it.

01:38SEBI has clarified that this step is necessary to recover the remaining amount

01:44and this is not the first time when a company of Anil Ambani has had to face SEBI's strict action.

01:52Prior to this, many of their companies have been accused of violating regulatory actions and money laundering.

01:59In this case, SEBI has ordered to terminate all of Anil Ambani's accounts,

02:04whether they are Demat Accounts, Bank Accounts or Mutual Fund Holdings.
