00:05The French Prime Minister, Barney Yen, who has only been in office for three months, may be overthrown this week.

00:10It all started with Barney Yen's budget proposal for 2025.

00:14Some of the details, including a reduction in public spending and tax increases,

00:18were strongly opposed by the opposition and were not approved.

00:22In order to make the budget proposal come to fruition,

00:24French Prime Minister Barney Yen, yesterday,

00:26used the power provided by Article 49.3 of the Constitution

00:31to forcefully pass the key social security budget proposal in the budget proposal.

00:35Barney Yen said,

00:36this is a critical moment for everyone to take responsibility,

00:39and warned members not to put the interests of the parties above the interests of the country.

00:45According to Article 49.3 of the French Constitution,

00:48the government can bypass the National Assembly and implement the bill directly,

00:51but this action will trigger an unreliable voting process.

00:55Members can make an unreliable motion to the government within 24 hours,

00:58and vote within 48 hours.

01:03has caused strong opposition from the Right-Wing National Alliance

01:05and the New People's Front of the Left-Wing Alliance,

01:08accusing the government of ignoring parliament and public opinion

01:11and has joined forces to make an unreliable motion to Barney Yen.

02:20becoming the first government to step down

02:22after 1962's unreliable motion.
