00:00The Presidential Legal Counsel, Juan Ponce Enrile, challenged those who support the revolution of people power

00:10Enrile said that it is a heavy responsibility to carry out any kind of widespread protest.

00:16He also said that this kind of action should not be made as a joke or a simple threat.

00:21It is an ultimate ratio or a step with no return.

00:24People power is a zero-sum game that will result in victory or defeat.

00:29Enrile was one of the second chiefs of the armed forces during the early 1986 people power revolution

00:36against the former President Ferdinand Marcos Sr.
