00:00Good morning to all. Today is December 2, 2024 and we have an update on the weather forecast for the next 24 hours.

00:09We can see here in our satellite animation the clouds in the north of Southern Luzon, at the end of the shear line.

00:17The shear line is the heat wave from the Pacific Ocean, what we call the Easter Leaves,

00:24and the cold wind from the north east of Luzon, what we call the North East Monsoon.

00:30And today, the shear line is still the continuous rain that will fall here in the east of Luzon,

00:36even to some parts of Southern Luzon.

00:39So, continue to be careful for our countrymen in the face of floods and landslides.

00:45Meanwhile, the North East Monsoon, what we call the North East Monsoon, is still affected here in some parts of Luzon,

00:51where it still brings the cold weather and the cloudy sky that is accompanied by rain in a large part of Northern Luzon.

01:12especially here in the east part of Northern and Central Luzon.

02:07Meanwhile, tomorrow, we will still experience moderate to heavy rains here in Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, and Quezon.

02:16And by Wednesday or Wednesday, we will still experience moderate to heavy rains here in Cagayan and in Isabela.

02:26So, again, continue to be careful for our countrymen there in the face of floods and landslides.
