00:00Many times we plan something thinking that I want to create my destiny and if you are

00:05not able to achieve that, how should we figure out where things went wrong, right?

00:10What happens is that there are all these marketeers and motivators around and they will tell you

00:16success is your destiny.

00:17They will tell you becoming big is your destiny or becoming a billionaire is your destiny.

00:22So the word destiny has become conflated with a lot of consumption.

00:27So I am running a particular race and I have convinced myself that becoming the winner

00:32is my destiny.

00:33No, no, no, that's not the right use of the word destiny.

00:39Destiny is not achievement and consumption.

00:43Destiny is not about reaching a great place of achievement.

00:47Destiny is not about becoming a CEO.

00:49Destiny is not about earning that kind of money or clearing an entrance exam or reaching

00:55a particular post of winning an election.

00:57That's not destiny.

00:58When you are making a choice, ask yourself, what is it in the chosen object that you have

01:04fallen for?

01:05Will it bring light to you or will it just dilate your taste buds?
