00:00I think it's a record that really sounds like a first album for me and the energy that
00:11brings the audience is just this, the energy of the present with a great desire to put
00:17myself at stake and to grow above all else.
00:20It is as if in some way the album, this musical, human and artistic path that I am taking
00:26has asked me to leave what I had clung to and what I had clung to until that moment.
00:31So I started like when you throw yourself into a pool and you have to learn to swim because
00:36you don't know how to swim, like when for the first time you find yourself without protection.
00:40I tried not to protect myself.
00:42The result is an extremely unprotected album and of very strong, rigorous communication
00:50in the energy that allowed me to involve enormous human quality by my side, among artists
00:57and producers who have worked with me and co-authors.
01:00Luca Carboni and Lisa are legends for me, they are musical deities.
01:05I have an artistic love for them that blooms with veneration.
01:10I am proud and very grateful to both Luca, Lisa and Medusa to have joined this project.
01:18Love in the album is fundamental because finding the courage to love is one of the main themes
01:24of this sense of rebirth that the album wants to express.
01:27On the cover there are two colorful spheres of aurora borealis that find a point of symbiosis.
01:34They are two sets that represent two different souls that find a point in common.
01:41This approach to distant things is a bit the meaning of the whole album.
01:46There is a deep uneasiness in the album, which is the uneasiness of love.
01:50First the absence, then the distance, then the closeness, then the body and the union.
01:57It is a process that has been the subtext for the whole creation of the album.
02:02Even when I talk about Alaska, I am talking about love.
02:05Even when I talk about acrobats, in the end I am talking about being umbilical
02:12around the central theme, that is, the courage to love, to take off our masks,
02:19to break our own taboos, to also say the name of the enemy when necessary.
02:30Above all, I believe in the idea of taking off our masks.
