00:22And you know Alan, some of the hot topics in the budget are the Panokalang Budget of the Office of the Vice President
00:29and the Panokalang Budget for the ACA Program.
00:33The Senate Committee on Finance Chairperson Senator Grace Po explained why the budget was not returned to the OVP.
00:41Here is her statement.
00:44There was an opportunity in the hearing of the committee hearing to give justification if they want to increase the budget.
00:55There was no formal request from the OVP to increase the budget.
01:02According to some senators, it is not in the budget for the ACA Program.
01:07They need to be clear about this.
