00:00Obviously if you change a manager mid-season it's because the things are

00:10to take the blame. Obviously everyone in their department but as I said before
00:15you know it's easy to get rid of a manager than 15 or 20 players or
00:19whatever but now our focus is on what the future can bring and get
00:27as soon as possible and quick as possible on the new ideas of the new manager.
