00:00Well, I mean, I must make a reference because I'm in Korea. People ask me about the North
00:08Korean challenge. To me, it's not difficult at all to suggest that any attempt, I mean,
00:19whatever power, policy, missiles, nuclear they want to have for themselves, I mean,
00:23that's a different issue. But the moment is deemed to be provocative or a challenge
00:29to any other state, and it's, for this matter, are okay, then we condemn. That's why Malaysia
00:36takes a strong position. We condemn the provocation by North Korea because it is inconsistent
00:48with the values, not only by we, except, but humanitarian values, peace, stability in the
00:56region, because it is disrupting the whole process. The whole region is in uncertainty.
01:02In Malaysia, I happen to be Minister of Finance, our highest budget allocation is for education.
01:11Number two, for public health. But if I happen to have neighbours, like I'm in the Middle
01:17East or here, my number one allocation has got to be defence, because without peace and
01:23security, we can focus on education in other fields.
