00:00Good day, this is the weather update.

00:04We are not being monitored by low-pressure areas and typhoons in the Pacific Ocean,

00:10especially in the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:15As you can see, the North East Monsoon is affecting the Northern Luzon,

00:21while the Intertropical Convergence Zone, or ITZ, is still affecting Mindanao.

00:29In the next three days, tomorrow, Wednesday, and Thursday until Friday,

00:35the North East Monsoon is expected to be strong and will affect a large portion of the Luzon and Metro Manila.

00:44The Intertropical Convergence Zone is expected to continue to affect a large portion of Mindanao.

00:52Today, the wind is a bit strong.

00:57Although we do not have a gale warning,

00:59we are advising our countrymen in the Northern Luzon to be careful

01:04because we expect that the seas in the Northern Luzon will be calm until the waves rise.

01:15On this day, the sky is expected to be cloudy with rain in Cordillera, Cagayan Valley, and in the area of Aurora.

01:26Meanwhile, the southern part of the Luzon will be beautiful and clear today,

01:34but there is still a chance of short or isolated rains.
