He is not an actor, but he has a cult following not only in the film industry but also out of it. The designer turned 56 this week.

01:26And I remember doing jungle outfits.

01:29And then there was this film where I had to make a mermaid outfit.

01:33I was so new.

01:34And so there have been just some strange, I remember, beads on the hair.

01:39But you'll never say no. You'll always try to work with it.

01:41I was too new that time, right? And then I came in with solutions of

01:44why don't we make the characters a lot more real, but yet glamorous.

01:47And that's something I came in with and could make that big change.

03:29At that time, we had a long sherwani with a trouser.

03:32And an Indian woven shawl as a drape with an embroidered border.
