00:25England and Wales since the storm began. Over 200 flood alerts remain in place, with

00:30thousands of homes still without power and widespread transport disruptions. Flights,

00:34trains and roads continue to face delays and cancellations. In South Wales, there was a

00:39major incident declared on Sunday, fearing worse impacts than during Storm Dennis in

00:432020. The storm brought 80% of November's typical rainfall, with 64mm recorded in North

00:50Wales in just 12 hours. Southern England also experienced well disruptions, with some routes

00:55suspended due to fallen trees and damaged wires. The Met Office forecasts rain easing

00:59in the south-east on Monday, though showers may linger in the north-west.
