00:09If you do the job, you can perform, you run, when you do fitness in front, you outperform the younger guys, it speaks by itself.
00:17So the performance will speak and then of course you'd like to win every game.
00:22With that we try to build squad depth as well and get rotations of young guys coming and get experience
00:27and that's definitely what we're trying to do, to rotate the older guys as well and to sustain their career through the whole season until the next World Cup.
