00:00Frankly, most of the targets that we set for ourselves are actually an underestimate of

00:09Frankly, we need to set even higher targets.

00:12But given our current state, even the mediocre targets that we set are not likely to be attained

00:18and we better admit that.

00:20How are you going to improve if first of all you do not admit that you are in such pathetic

00:25state that even very ordinary kind of targets are now beyond you, you have to first of all

00:32admit that.

00:33Otherwise, you will go through the agony and the humiliation of setting targets and missing

00:40out on them on a daily basis.

00:42We better admit the very miserable condition we have brought ourselves to.

00:50And when you admit that, that does not mean defeat.

00:53That means the process of victory has now started.
