00:00Oli Arblaster, how is he?

00:02Yeah, he's obviously not in a great place mentally at the moment,

00:06but this is a test for him as a young player.

00:09For it to happen at this part of his career,

00:12he has to get over it and get on with it.

00:14So, as you can imagine, he'll get all the support from everybody,

00:18but there'll be a bit of tough love in there as well,

00:20because he has to use the time diligently.

00:25But I'm never going to have any excuses about anything in terms of injuries.

00:29These things happen.

00:31We've had Kiefer out, we've had Rhian out, we've had Anel suspended,

00:34and we've come through that period okay.

00:36And it's up to the others to step through now.

00:38Tom Davies, he's biked City play for the under-20s,

00:41so it's an opportunity for him, it's an opportunity for Jamie Shackleton.

00:44So, we're going to miss a good player,

00:46but all the clubs are missing players.

00:48Leeds United have had their injury problems,

00:51and other clubs have had their injury problems.

00:53It's how they get over it and get on with it,

00:55and not use it as an excuse.

00:56And we're not relying on a 19- or 20-year-old boy for our success.

01:01It's the sum of everything that we all put together,

01:04and we have to make sure that we carry on in the same vein

01:11and we show that we're not about a one- or a two-man team.

01:14We're certainly not that anyway.

01:16And as I said, opportunities will open up for others.

01:19There's a fear that our blaster won't play again this season.

01:24What's your reading of that?

01:26We'll just take it month by month,

01:28but he certainly won't play until after Christmas.

01:31So, if we get him back before the end of the season, that's great.

01:33And if not, he'll be ready for next year.
