00:17House Secretary General Reginald Velasco said that the vice president arrived at around 8 p.m.
00:23and that the vice president was still in the room until this morning.
00:27There are no details as to what was discussed by the vice president and his chief of staff.
00:32Lopez was contempted after the House Committee on Good Government and Public Accountability heard
00:38that he wrote to the Commission on Audit that the confidential files of the OVP should not be given to the camera
00:45because the investigation is not yet complete.
00:48He explained that he did not intend to undermine the power of the Congress.
00:53Lopez was also asked by the Office of the Vice President not to issue a statement
00:57regarding his detention under the National Law.
