00:28We are here today to celebrate a very important moment, which is the birth of Palsi Luce Gas,
00:34of the AXPO Italia Group, which is totally focused on the domestic market, therefore consumers and Italian families.
00:41In recent years we have grown a lot, with an 83% growth on PODs, on customers, but above all doubling the digital channel,
00:50so certainly investments repaid by an Italian consumer who has evolved also in the choice of digital tools.
00:59The commitment of Palsi Luce Gas also consists of responding to the needs of a clientele
01:04increasingly attentive to sustainability, transparency and innovation.
01:08Our strategy is based on three fundamental pillars.
01:13We have always married politics and ESG, we have focused a lot on the innovation of our products,
01:20also launching products that have no other operator on the market as a limit,
01:24a product that is substantially indexed but with a cap in the rise of markets,
01:29therefore a consumer can benefit from the decline of markets when they go down and have a cap when they grow,

01:45and this is recognized by the numbers, in fact we have a satisfaction rate of more than 70%
01:50compared to the market, which is an average of 61%, so we are very proud of this
01:55and for us in a market where there are more than 500 players, being very difficult to distinguish,
