00:00I'm going to review how I found out about PCOS
00:02which is a disease that causes a lot of blood vessels in the body at a young age of 24 years old.
00:13It started about 2 years ago.
00:15I felt that I started to have normal symptoms when I was on a regular basis.
00:18After that, I started to get worse and worse.
00:23Every time I was on a regular basis, I had to take medicine several times a day.
00:27But when it was getting worse, I decided to see a doctor.
00:31So I decided to have an internal checkup.
00:34At that time, the doctor told me that there was nothing wrong with me.
00:37It was just a normal hormone change.
00:39So I thought that if there was nothing wrong with me, I would have to endure it.
00:43At the beginning of the year, I started to feel that there was something wrong with me.
00:48I had acne on my face non-stop.
00:50I didn't have any acne.
00:52No matter how I treated it, it didn't go away.
00:54At first, I thought that it might be because I didn't have enough rest.
00:57But I still had this problem.
00:59I tried to cure it for almost half a year, but it didn't go away.
01:02In addition to the feeling of irritation all the time that I couldn't explain.
01:06Some days when I woke up, I was irritated.
01:08If there was nothing to irritate, I was irritated.
01:10In addition to the feeling of not sleeping and waking up in the middle of the night.
01:13For me, I felt that it was strange.
01:15Because I went to see a psychiatrist about sleeping.
01:18In the past, I had never had a problem until recently.
01:22So I was wondering if it was abnormal hormones in my body.
01:26So I went to see a psychiatrist.
01:28I met many women who had similar symptoms of PCOS.
01:32This week, I went to the hospital again.
01:34I went to check again after a year.
01:37I asked the doctor to check my PCOS.
01:40It turned out to be true.
01:42This time, the doctor couldn't tell me what caused my PCOS.
01:48The doctor told me that it was caused by overweight.
01:54My weight is normal.
01:56So I thought it was caused by stress for many years.
02:01Stress may cause abnormal hormones in my body.
02:04At first, the doctor told me to take medication.
02:08It may be just a treatment at the end of the case.
02:10But it may help alleviate the symptoms.
02:13I'm not sure if my job and lifestyle will make me feel better.
