00:00What are some of those family traditions that you love the most?

00:03We have a new one this year, or for the past two years, and so we're excited.

00:10We're gonna have to get some baby coos on our family song.

00:13So we started recording like a Christmas carol every year, putting it on vinyl,

00:18and that's kind of our Christmas card now.

00:21Oh my god, I love that.

00:23And then the stockings going up.

00:25We hang up our stockings every year using our command hooks.

00:30And this year we've got to put an extra hook up because we have an extra stocking now.

00:34And so I think it's going to be really exciting for us.

00:37What was that transition like going from three to four?

00:41Very easy, actually.

00:42So I think the two to three was a little chaotic for us.

00:46And the three to four has been pretty breezy.

00:50But we lucked out and we have like a very

00:54mild-tempered, sweet little baby.

00:56So we're grateful for him.

00:58I feel like for the fourth, you have no choice but to go with the flow.

01:05Your naps are always on the run, like you have no choice.

01:09I love that so much.

01:10I know every postpartum journey is different.

01:13What was the most surprising thing about postpartum for you this time around?

01:17I think that it looks different every time.

01:18I mean, the fourth time, truly every single time has been different.

01:22And this time for me, it was a lot easier.

01:25Just being a little bit older, I was able to mentally prepare myself for all of that.

01:29And then just in light of where we are right now in the world,

01:33being able to bring this beautiful life into the world.

01:36I think just in and of itself, having that mindset of how grateful and how

01:44incredible and miraculous it is, I think is enough for me to keep me going.
