00:31What I am concerned about is that we have profound optimism

00:35about our business model around the world.

00:37Sure, our share of skeptics because we do some very unusual things

00:41and the world is learning about our business model as we speak.

00:45But the idea that a warning of the possibility of us missing our numbers

00:52could lead to a relegation and making sure the whole world knows about it now,

00:57predicting future difficulty is not what I think
