00:00Cesarini, who made his debut last week.

00:07My debut last week was an important moment,

00:11and quite emotional for me,

00:13because it somehow repaid the work I've done

00:17in these months away from the pitch due to the injury.

00:20It also coincided with an important win,

00:24which allowed us to move on to the Coppa Italia.

00:27So I think it's a good moment to start again

00:31and continue our growth as a team,

00:36and above all as a person.

00:44I'd like to thank my team-mates and the staff,

00:47because from day one they made me feel part of the group,

00:51even though I was away due to an injury.

00:54It was an extra incentive to work with the right spirit

00:59in these months,

01:01knowing that the time would come when I'd be back

01:04and I'd be able to play my shots.

01:14One of the things I've noticed the most is

01:17the need for greater focus during training and matches.

01:22It allows you to make decisions as clearly as possible

01:27in the least amount of time possible.

01:30That's definitely something I have to work on,

01:34and I'm trying to focus on that

01:37to be more and more ready for Sunday after Sunday.

01:42It's certainly a pleasure to share this journey with them,

01:46especially with Nadine and Monica.

01:49We met almost four years ago,

01:52and then we met again here in Milan.

01:55Now we're in the first team together,

01:58and I think that's a satisfaction for us,

02:02but also a motivation to keep working hard every day

02:07as we've always done,

02:09to achieve more and more important goals together.

02:13Seeing the space they've had in these months

02:17has certainly made me happy for them,

02:20because I know how much dedication and seriousness

02:23they put into it every day.

02:25On the other hand, it was certainly an incentive for me,

02:29which made me aware that the time had come

02:34for me to come back on the pitch

02:37and show my qualities and play to my full potential.

02:53It's a tough defeat for Monica.

02:55It's never nice to lose 3-0,

02:57but I think that on the one hand,

02:59she left us very disappointed,

03:01and on the other hand,

03:03we need to be more aware of the fact

03:05that we need to keep working hard,

03:07even harder than before,

03:09to get to that level and,

03:11why not, even surpass it.

03:13Yes, I think they've shown

03:15that they have something more than us,

03:18but as I said before,

03:20we're at the start of a journey,

03:22and I think that soon,

03:24perhaps on the return leg,

03:26we'll be able to talk about a different side.

03:32We already have a great opportunity to react,

03:36and I think it's a key game

03:38in terms of one of the objectives

03:40we set for ourselves at the start of the year,

03:43which is to get back into the top five.

03:46So I think we need to come on the pitch

03:49with that awareness,

03:51but at the same time,

03:53we need to remain calm,

03:55knowing that what we need to do

03:57is go on the pitch

03:59and try to bring back our ideas

04:01and the work we do every day,

04:03and I think that in this way

04:05we'll be able to bring home three points.
