00:00Government agencies are also preparing for a possible storm to hit the Bicol region.

00:08The Office of the Civil Defense-Bicol is coordinating with the DILG and DSWD to prepare for the effects of the storm.

00:16The DILG-Bicol will also issue orders to all LGUs regarding the implementation of preparedness measures,

00:23including the early return of residents.

00:26In addition, the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office is now referring the number of families

00:33who will be placed in pre-emptive evacuation, where the evacuation will start today.

00:39The OCD-Bicol is also coordinating with the Department of Education and the Commission on Higher Education
