Presented at Monterey Car Week 2024, Temerario offers 13 driving experiences that make this super sports car versatile and thrilling to drive both on the road and on the track. The driving modes can be selected using the rotary switches on the steering wheel: the upper left, red-rimmed selector allows the driver to choose between Città, Strada, Sport, Corsa and Corsa ESC Off (electronic controls disabled); while pressing the “checkered flag” button for two seconds activates the Launch Control to allow the car to reach its full potential from a standing start.  Together with the hybrid system, three new special driving modes have been introduced: Recharge, Hybrid and Performance, which can be selected using the upper right rotary switch. The choice of driving mode is displayed on the 12.3-inch digital driver’s dashboard, where the animated graphics replicate the rotation of the selectors, making the selection immediately intuitive.  Città is the experience designed for driving in urban areas, which can be used both in Hybrid mode (fully electric with a maximum power of 140 kW – 190 CV) and in Recharge mode, to allow the V8 to quickly recharge the battery if necessary.

00:19Città is, for instance, the full electric experience designed for driving in urban areas.

00:24This makes Città the perfect driving mode to cross historic city centers and areas with emission restrictions.

00:31Strada is perfect for extra-urban routes and long highway journeys for efficient and sporty driving with all-wheel drive behavior.

00:39In Strada you have even the choice between hybrid, providing the maximum efficiency of the drivetrain,

00:44or recharge, enabling a fast recharge of the battery while driving.

00:49On top, as you can see, the front axle, apart providing power and torque to the front wheels,

00:54has a torque vectoring function and supports in recuperating energy produced during the braking phase.

01:01In the sport performance mode, the combustion engine together with the hybrid system

01:05delivers a total power output up to 920 cv in the performance energy,

01:11while the V8 biturbo delivers an unmistakable sound experience.

01:16The double-clutch gearbox responds super-fast and emotional,

01:19while the setup of the suspension and control strategy further enhance cornering ability and agility.

01:26The drift mode option also makes its debut on the Temerario to help the driver to generate controlled oversteer and maximized drive.

01:34Operated via the lower rotary knob on the right side of the steering wheel,

01:39drift mode is adjustable according to three different levels.

01:42From level 1, which enables oversteer while maintaining a limited yaw angle,

01:47up to level 3, dedicated to expert drivers to allow a wide angle of yaw.
