When the recipe calls for one bay leaf

00:00It's happened to all of us before you're minding your business making dinner and then all of a sudden the recipe tells you to add

00:07What's up with that? I'm gonna put it to the test with some plain old canned tomato soup

00:14I'm gonna have my co-workers try them to see if they can actually tell the difference

00:58The one with the most and it kind of tastes like tea like it doesn't even taste like tomato soup anymore
01:03And I feel like it's because bay leaf is supposed to play second fiddle to the rest of your herbs
01:07It's not supposed to be the main herb, but I feel like this does prove that while one bay leaf is nice a couple more
01:13Is not necessarily a bad thing either
