What is Gola Kabab or Muthi Kabab? Gola kabab is a soft, melt-in-your-mouth, oval-shaped rolled meat kabab that originated in Kandahar, Afghanistan. It's traditionally grilled over charcoal, but can also be cooked in a pan. Gola kabab is often made with beef or mutton, but chicken mince can also be used.
