00:00This is the continuation of the storm Ophel towards Northern Luzon.

00:04According to the latest forecast, the storm is 480 km away from the coast of Valer, Aurora.

00:10It has a strength of 120 km per hour in the north and 150 km per hour in the south.

00:16The storm is moving west-northwest at a speed of 25 km per hour.

00:20Signal No. 2 is high in the province of Cagayan,

00:23as well as the Baboyan Islands in the northern and eastern part of Isabela and the eastern part of Apayao.

00:29Signal No. 1 is low in Batanes, the remaining part of Isabela, Quirino, northern part of Nueva Vizcaya,

00:37the remaining part of Apayao, Calinga, Abra, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Ilocos Norte, and northern part of Aurora.

00:45Meanwhile, based on the forecast,

00:48the storm Ophel is likely to landfall in Sinagang Baybay in Cagayan or Isabela tomorrow afternoon.
