Alex Stroud, 26, and her husband, Scott, 32, maximise their 25 days of annual leave to visit six countries or more a year with their daughter, Adelaide, two.  The pair have never been the type to book time off work "to do nothing" and found themselves itching to explore the world.  But they didn't want to have to give up their jobs and looked into ways to travel while just using their annual leave.

00:22How? By using just their 25 days of annual leave each year,

00:26by carefully planning their holidays to maximize their time off,

00:30by booking around bank holidays, working weekends to build up lue days,

00:34and being flexible with travel dates, they managed to visit six or more countries annually.

00:39Their two-year-old daughter, Adelaide, has already visited 15 countries.

00:44The family's first adventure together was to Gran Canaria when Adelaide was just three months old,

00:50and they quickly learned how easy it was to travel with a baby.

00:54But it's not just about the destinations.

00:56They also save money by being strategic.

00:59They cut back on things like dining out, spreading the cost of flights,

01:03accommodation and activities over several months to avoid one big payment.

01:08And by traveling off-season and booking flights at less convenient times, they keep costs low.
