00:16things that were not in alignment with what we're looking for.

00:20That's why you hear us talk about the importance of the continuity,

00:24but there was too many things that it just seemed like we were off and never gave ourselves

00:28a chance. And it's not exclusively on the line. As a whole,

00:32collectively, we're all in this thing together and we'll look at it and we've got to be able to

00:36improve and everything's on the table.

00:42We got a sudden change. We turned it back over. I turned it over earlier with the tip.

00:50then weren't good enough in some areas. I would say tonight we were inconsistent.
