00:38Act will cut red tape in the investment sector. Zuberi explained they wanted to straighten out

00:45and simplify the process of VAT refunds as this has been an issue for many major locators to the

00:53Philippines. The senator added that if existing investors are losing billions here, it is logical

00:59for them to leave as Create More aims to solve this issue.
